How to return

Refunds

We'll email you when we receive your return and approve your refund. The money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Canceling an order

You can cancel at no cost before we ship. If your order has already shipped, you'll pay the shipping and handling cost.
